Delivery
Goods will be dispatched by 1st class recorded post, subject to availability, within 3 working days of receipt of your order. There is a flat rate charge for delivery within the UK of £3.95. Notification will be given of any delay to your order.

Product Care
Due to the fine nature of the wool used, we recommend that all Cooking Apple knitwear be washed by hand in lukewarm water and allowed to dry naturally on a flat surface, away from direct heat. Unfortunately we cannot accept items for refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash.

Refunds
Items should be returned within 14 days of receipt, unworn. We will then refund you or exchange the goods. Please use a free 'proof of posting' certificate as we cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
