We would ask you to note that the vast majority of our knitwear is hand-knitted to order.  As a result by buying an item on our site your order will be added to our list and will be knitted as soon as possible.  If you would like an indication of how long an order might take to be completed please use our contact us page and include details of your intended order.

Please also be aware that while we make very effort to hold all the relevant wool colours in stock, our suppliers do not always give us much notice if a colour becomes unavailable.  As such we cannot always guarantee to have every colour available.  Should a colour you have ordered not be available we will of course offer a full refund or look to find a suitable alternative.
